About Us

Leinster Estimating Services was established in 2015

We have extensive industry knowledge ranging from a variety of project types,customer types and development types and we pride ourselves on being straight forward to deal with, offering a non-adversarial service open to all.

Our experienced team is made up of Chartered Quantity Surveyors who are full members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and individually with over 25 years experience

Quantity surveying support on site ; account management, to include remeasures, management of payment claim notices, final accounting and finacial management.

BIM Services

Assistance with BIM implementation and data management and production of digital twins.
